Tim Driskell was our sales consultant for the purchase of our 2015 GMC Sierra. His service was outstanding! Tim worked with me to get exactly what I wanted. This was a NO pressure sale and he is very professional. I highly recommend working with Tim and will go to him the next time I'm in the market to purchase a vehicle.

The Best Service Dealership in Orlando Period. Do not bother with the other, Buick Dealerships in Orlando, Orange, Buick takes care of you the minute u walk thru the door. The other Dealerships, like Carl Black, Buick do not even answer their phone. My experience here at Orange Buick was superb from start to finish. They will take care of your problem period. Great Service.

No pressure - No hassle - Great experience!We did our homework and knew that Orange Buick GMC had a used car we were interested in at a good price. We had test driven 2-3 others like it, so we had a feel for the model and thought a test drive would rule it in or out. We called ahead to schedule a test drive and when we got there, Roger and Jodie were ready to help us. Jodie made the remark that she thinks the cars sell themselves, and we agree. Once we test drove the car and liked it, we were ready to buy. Roger and Jodie did everything they could to smooth out the process including arranging lunch. We drove away happy, and would definitely go back again.

We purchased a used Chrysler Town and Country from Orange Buick. It was the easiest car buying transaction we have ever had. Excellent customer service and financing options that were just what we were looking for. After 2 months, there was a Chrysler recall and we were unable to get this taken care of by contacting Chrysler directly. Then the car stopped working due to the recalled part and we were told we would have to wait from now (June) until perhaps December. Well I called the dealership and spoke with Jason to see if perhaps he had any contacts that could help us get the recall done quicker. He went above and beyond by taking the van and holding it until the recall was done by his contacts in the industry. He didn't stop there though, he provided a loaner car until the repair was done. I was more than appreciative of his efforts and that of the entire staff who were nothing but helpful with this process. I would say this is the most helpful and honest and considerate dealership I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I would say that we will look to do business with them again the next time we are looking for a vehicle. You will not be disappointed with them. Thank you Jason and thank you Orange Buick!
