My sales representative was Tim Driskell, and I was thoroughly impressed by his courtesy, willingness to assist me and answer all questions. Follow-up has been outstanding as well. He is the type of sales rep that any company dealing with the public would want on staff. A 5-star sales experience.

For the last 10 years or so, when I bring my car in for service I'm always greeted by a smiling Tom Santiago. He gives me a call to keep me apprised of repairs/costs throughout the day. Helps with a loaner car if needed. I drive a crappy old car but Tom treats me like I'm a VIP who drives a top of the line automobile. Always an upbeat and helpful attitude. Thanks Tom!
We got our GMC Terrin here in 2012. It was a seemless experience. We have been taking the car every few months for oil changes and tire rotations. Every experience has been great. This recent time we had to get the timing belt replaced due to a recall. They were great! Gave us a rental to use while they worked on it. They also fixed up the driver window for free, last minute. I normally work with Bill Murdock in the service department, who has great customer service. Our next car will probably be an Acadia and we definitely be coming back here to purchase it.
Leased a new Yukon mid November and the experience was much better than some of the older feedback on this site. Generally don't like car dealerships or typical sales tactics. Arrived with an appointment to see an SLE Yukon that was out front and ready for a test drive. The salesman, sales manager and finance manager were all pleasant and polite. Transaction was completed in record time and I was out of there driving down the road in my new Yukon after a free lunch in the clean waiting room.
What can I say but from the beginning I got there they treated me like a VIP. Barry Dusti the sales consultant was fun to talk to, knowledgeable and very efficient.
