I had a good experience with the service department at Orange GMC. I came to get a routine oil change and handle a warranty item regarding my battery that had died. The team was quick to get my car taken care of and communicated well on the status of my items. I know several dealerships that wash your car as part of service done and that did not happen here which was no big deal. I have had several favorable visits to this shop and will visit them again if I need further service.

I've had some bad experiences here in the past with costumer service but this time was much better. Tom in the service department is the one you need to see. He'll make sure you get the best price for what you wantneed and does it with such sincere costumer care. My car broke down due to a starter issue and had to be towed there before closing. Tom gave me his business card, which includes his cell, so you can reach him conveniently (It's so hard to actually speak to someone there when you call). Over all he made sure I got the used part I wanted, he kept me informed the whole time, and threw in a car wash and interior cleaning. Thanks Tom for all your help!

Drove from Tampa to purchase a 2015 GMC Sierra. The salesperson Andre was awesome...highly recommend working with him. The dealership facilities were great with a huge TV and kid area to keep my 4 and 7 year old busy. No hassle, no rush (even though another family was waiting behind us to buy the same truck - they drove from Tallahassee and I was not told this until the deal was done so as not to pressure me). They gave me exactly what I asked for my trade and the finance terms I wanted...literally everything I asked for they gave me without argument or push back. Would buy from there again without hesitation.

What a great experience buying a vehicle. We all dread going to a dealership and spending countless hours while you're there. Well this dealership takes all that away and makes it easy to conduct business. Very professional and friendly. I would recommend buying from Orange!! I know I'll be back!
