Greetings my friends and to all of you that are thinking about buying a GMC product we STRONGLY recommend ORANGE BUICK GMC OF ORLANDO FLORIDA...Let me begin that they have OUTSTANDING customer service not only from the top down MR. JASON PIKE (GM) but through out their entire sales staff....everybody spoke to us as we came into contact with them at the dealership...ROGER MENN was our sale rep as this is the second car we have bought from Orange and Roger in the last two years...Roger is very knowledgeable about the vehicles that we purchased and has a great relationship with his customers....he goes out of his way to make you feel at home and easy...Roger handled the trading of one vehicle to another by taking the necessary items from the old car to the new one...just OUTSTANDINIG CUSTOMER SERVICE...in this day and age I think back to the days of work and said to all employees the reason the doors are open is because of the customers....treat them as if they were your MOM....this dealership and its team of employees has caring, understanding, service, tremendous attitudes, outstanding people, and most of all RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS...in closing if you are not buying your next GM vehicle from ORANGE BUICK GMC and Mr. Jason Pike, Roger Menn or the other staff members...you are looking in the wrong place.... I have a Lacrosse and was having some issues with the battery. I had never been to Orange Buick but they are the closest dealer to me, so I called and service recommended that I bring it right over, since I was jump starting with my hybrid battery (With eAssist). It was 3pm on a Thursday and when I got there I was in and out of there in 35 minutes... It was a great experience and will continue to take my car/s to Orange Buick versus another local dealer where the service dept is marginal at best.

I had a great experience shopping at Orange Buick GMC of Orlando. All people involved in the sale, making the deal and setting up the auto loan (Oscar, Reggie, Sven) were very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Having been with Toyota (family vans) for so long, it's great to switch back to a large, strong and safe car. I bought a GMC Yukon XL on Dec 12 2014. We removed the middle seat, and took the 2 large dogs camping - love the spacious car - gas mileage is not bad at all. I now personally recommend a GMC to all my family and friends in the Orlando Area who are looking for a strong car that will last a long time. I also like to "non-pushy" approach to buying a car where the customer comes first, not the sales commission of the sales rep. Thank you GMC for an awesome experience buying my GMC Yukon XL. I have already referred a family member, who also bought a GMC, just 3 weeks after my purchase :)

We drove from Tallahassee to pick up our dream car that Organce Buick GMC had on their website. The dealership opened early on a Sunday to assist us. Roger Menn was our sales consultant & he was fabulous to work with. The sales manager was very nice & helpful as well. We highly recommend this dealership!!

Rodd Connole at Orange Buick GMC was our Salesman. Rodd made sure he was on top of every step with us the entire way though buying our truck. He was very accommodating and went out of his way to make this deal happen. He and Orange Buick GMC did everything they promised and more. We would definitely do business with them again.
