Roger Menn was an answer to our prayers. We had gotten to the point with our older, paid-off SUV that it just wasn't worth spending more money on it even though we felt like we had gotten our money out of it over the years--also bought from Orange Buick. Roger took out a good bit of time with us even though the showroom hadn't been okayed yet from the inspector and they were taking turns using 1 computer. Finally, the inspector okayed the showroom and we were one of the first customers in it. We were quite interested in the Buick Encore and took one for a test drive. After the test drive, we knew this was the car for us! Poor Roger never got a lunch break while we were there, and we were there for quite some time while Roger made sure we got every discount he could find for us. We can't say enough good things about Orange Buick! From service advisor Bill Murdock, who always takes care of getting our cars serviced, to Marc Anglin in Finance we were expertly taken care of. Thanks, Orange Buick!

The service center staff is friendly, and component. I got a free lunch while i waited. the lounge is great. i have never had a better time at the mechanics.

My Terrain was repaired here recently. I live in Tampa so it was all done over the phone. I was impressed by the level of service and quality of the repair. Definitely a happy customer.

Purchased a 2014 Acadia SUV and was more then happy with the attention thatthe Sales Person, Jarrod Henderson paid to us. We were treated as if Orange GMC wanted our business. Another GMC/Buick dealership left us sitting around contemplating our naval, No Sale there. Business goes on whether there is construction or not. All of the persons met were just great. This was my first time dealing with Orange Buick and they did a great job for me. I had a coouple of recalls to TCO along with my 60,000 mile service on my 2011 Acadia. I had some logistics issues becasue if was going out of town, etc... Jake from the service department was very helpful and kept me up to date on everything. I even bought tires from the dealership which I have never done before. Orange Buick will be the place I use for all my service in the future.

We traded our 2006 Buick Lucerne in for a 2014 Buick Lacross at Orange Buick on Colonial dr in Orlanda.. Thomas Prioleau did an excellent job helping us. In fact everyone at the dealership was very personable and kind.
