Had my Buick Verano taken in to the dealership for some repairs. My service representative Dane Johnson was awesome. He went out of his way to make sure I had absolutely everything I needed while I was on site and he kept me up to date all the time by calling me and letting me know what was going on with my car. Great experience.

Service was excellent.

The Service department at Orange Buick is basically, 'Outstanding!!' The service manager Curt Ilgenfritz runs a top notch group of folks and always takes time to speak with me, whether I have a small issue or a big one. Tom Santiago and Bill Murdock always do above and beyond for me. One more than one occasion, Tom has personally washed my car for me at the end my service and treats me like family. They always make time and communicate effectively about my service issues, making me feel like I am part of the dealership. I travel almost 30 minutes away, passing other dealerships, just to receive the service and professionalism I get from this dealership. The best part is, this is what I get every time I come to this dealership. I would highly recommend to anyone and I attend to keep bringing my cars here. Thanks Fellas!!!
