I have had my car services with Orange Buick for the past 5 years and their customer service is top notch. Bill Murdock is my consultant and he consistently goes out of his way to make sure I am taking are of, from getting a loaner vehicle to keeping me updated on my vehicle repairs.

This is my second purchase from Orange Buick GMC. I cannot speak highly enough about the service and integrity of their sales team. After "shopping around" and getting false promises and numbers that did not add up I found myself back at Orange Buick GMC and the sales process could not have been more smooth. The negotiation of the price was complete within 30 minutes and by the time I returned with my trade in most of the paperwork was already complete. Roger Menn was very upfront and honest. I told him what I wanted and he gave me options on what was available. With zero hassle and a more then fair price I can without a doubt recommend this dealership and Roger are your sales person.I was referred to Orange Buick by an acquaintance of mine and was thankful that he made the recommendation. At no time did I feel pressured and Roger Menn my sales person was honest and straight forward, both characteristics that are hard to find in a car dealership. He and Mark were very helpful in every aspect of the car buying experience and because of this he has won over a life long customer.

I purchased a pre-owned Smart that I saw online. My sales consultant Tim Driskell was courteous and very professional. Promptly attention in a friendly manner is what you could expect from him.

Our sales representative Rod was just Incredible. We have purchase more than a dozen new cars over the years from various car dealerships (mostly Mercedes) and the experience with Rod was 2nd to None -- Absolutely Spectacular!!If there were more people like Rod in the sales industry it would certainly make a worldly difference -- He is truly AWESOME!!
