Service person was two the point an helpful, great service no fraudulent charges.

It was clearly a pleasure doing business with Chris at Orange Buick GMC. The entire buying process was almost seamless and it didn't seem long and drawn out so my experience was very pleasant! I'm very happy that I stopped by!

I have been to a lot of dealers in the Orlando area, both major, minor, and mom/pop shops. Its all the same pressure, non-sense, lies, promises, ect. Well I have to say I was proven wrong on 8/18. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by Cassandra, now my first impression was "oh great another eager sales person" but that wasn't the case. Cassandra showed me a new type of sales person, the type that wants to sell you what you want and not what the dealership wants to get rid of. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and no B.S.! It was kinda of refreshing. Not once did I feel pressured or "bullied" to make a deal. If you are looking for a vehicle and want to treated like a person and not a dollar sign look no further and make sure to ask for Cassandra!!!
