We went to another GMC dealer before and it was the worst experience I've had looking for cars. Robbie and his team listened to what we wanted, worked to make a deal and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't want. Thanks again! Also wanted to shout out Nick who stepped in on the day I finalized the lease to help me with getting the car ready and set up. He even helped the final detail on the car as they were backed up with it being the end of the year. Not many people in the industry roll up their sleeves to help the customers when its out of their department but Nick went above and beyond. The whole team was excellent!

My sales person was Rob Baez (Robbie) and he was awesome. Here's why. I knew my credit score wasn't under the average score and I was picky about the exact car I would commit to, which was a new Buick Encore. So, the bar was high and he was up for the task.Robbie went to bat for me. He was patient, personable and professional at all times but more importantly, the service was excellent from him, the finance guy and all the staff. Hands down- this is my second purchase from GMC Orange Buick and I will purchase my third when the time comes... ask for Robbie by name when you call he will put his all in making your purchase a pleasant one.
The service I received from Robbie Baez was something I have never experienced before. Not only was he looking out for my best interest, but also showed how much he cared about me and what I wanted. His knowledge in this industry is impeccable. He knew what type of car that is needed for the banks to approve and still have a nice vehicle to present to me. I was referred to Robbie by his Finance' Shanta. Me and Shanta work with each other at Orlando Health. I received a phone call from Robbie on a Saturday just to follow up with me and see what I was looking for and needed. On a Tuesday he called back to get my personal information to run my background/credit. I was very honest with Robbie about my credit, I did over exaggerate some to make my credit seem worse than what it was. On a Wednesday Robbie came to my job and showed me a vehicle asking me if I could see myself in this type of vehicle, not knowing this was the car I will be getting. On Friday Robbie came back to my job and that is now the car that I am riding in. Through this entire process I did not miss work and Robbie made the sale so easy and very transparent. There was not one thing I asked that was not addressed and taken care of. From all the phone calls and text messages I was always notified on what is going on, what is expected, what is next, and/or what I am up against. Even on top of that, Robbie was dealing with a death in the family, I had to tell him to worry about healing not work, but Robbie is so persistent on getting things done and please his customers. Robbie is now the person I will refer everyone to. From a man that is big on ACTION and HONESTY, Robbie I want to say thank you. Not only your work is not going unnoticed, but the way you care for people genuinely will bring you nothing but blessings on top of blessings.
