Great service except they need to have more communication when a customer will have a long wait for garage service. Employees seemed to have fun and like their jobs. Sales and finance rocked it!!!

Yesterday i was searching for my dream car and decided to come to Orange Buick GMC in Orlando,Fl. I was instantly greeted by Cassandra and we started our search. She found me a Beautiful 2015 GMC Yukon Denali in my favorite color which is black. She took me on a test drive and gave me knowledge of the vehicle features that i didn't know anything about and i appreciate her for that. She also gave me a tour of the dealership and showed me each department for future oil changes, parts, accessories etc. Her customer service was amazing and i felt very welcome. She kept her promise and put me in the vehicle and their finance department didn't give up on me and took their time with everything. I'm definitely coming back to see Cassandra for my next vehicle and i highly recommend anyone to do business with this dealership. I'm very happy and satisfied. Thanks Orange Buick GMC!!!

I live in Jacksonville, FL and out of all the car dealerships I've been too, Cassandra has made the experience of looking for a car the easiest. She was super nice, patient and even kept a smile on her face the entire time even with it being so hot outside. She made sure we left with a smile on our face and most importantly a clean car.
