The repair on my car was done perfectly.Communication by the service advisor was poor.I was stranded without transportation after the service advisor guaranteed me transportation.The dealership is a "10".Service is a "5".Mark Given

Fabulous place! They fixed my air when I was on vacation in Florida...in June! It was sooo hot. Their place was clean and organized and I felt they were honest with their assessment and pricing. They also dropped me off at my hotel and picked me up when the work was done so I didn't miss vacation time.

My words do no justice, to the Great customer experience i had at Orange Buick GMC. From the beginning when my dodge gave in and i put my self in the market to buy a car Mr. Robbie Baez made sure any and every question i had was answered. He made the car buying process super easy i felt like a vip that had already bought a car, but i was a New customer. He made most importantly that i was happy with all the decision that was made. Not having your own transportation is tough, expensive and it takes away a level of independence. Im so happy Robbie was able to beat all the odds to get me into my new baby. Orange Buick is my new home. Thank you.
