We are long time customers of Orange Buick GMC. Their staff is knowledgeable and professional. All service is completed quickly and completely. We currently own two Buick Encores purchased from Orange Buick GMC over the last six years and prior to that had our other GM cars serviced there (Saturn VUE and Pontiac Vibe) and have always been happy with the results. We feel that the dealership is as important as the product when it comes to satisfaction with a vehicle.

Very easy to make an appointment. All employees are polite, pleasant and accommodating. I did not have to wait for my car to be taken. Most importantly, they are honest! Someone else had driven my car and the small digital screen was not working. Instead of doing a diagnostic and charging me for their time or telling me that something was wrong with the car, a gentleman showed me what had happened, how to fix it and there was no charge. I would recommend Orange Buick in a heartbeat! How refreshing.

Huge Thank you to Orange Buick GMC for hiring amazing Team members! A special shout out to Robbie Baez for a quick and painless car buying transaction. We spoke via phone, I told him "I'm not the customer who likes to sit in a dealer all day. I'm direct and to the point. And told him the car I wanted." I went in for 10 minutes to give him my ID and appraised my trade in, and I left. He called me an hour later and offered to deliver my new vehicle to me. I chose to go in person instead but what an amazing experience! Anyone looking for a new car please reach out to him directly! One more thing I came in already pre-approved through my own lender and Robbie was able to get me a lower interest rate by getting me approved with an in-house lender (GMC Finance).
