Naturally nobody enjoys getting their car serviced but I have been impressed by Orange Buick GMC's staff and customer service. My latest service advisor Nelson was outstanding in getting my car situated going above and beyond with a recent repair. It is refreshing when the customer is treated like a real human being. Jen was my advisor. The mud flaps looks bent and the person that changed my oil put oil on my driver side window interior cloth.The job supposly started @ 9a.m. did not finish until 4:30p.m. Not happy
