Friendly, helpful, low pressure car sales.
My 2020 Chevy Silverado was involved in a hit and run drunk driver accident. The rear end damage was significant. The collision shop did an exceptional job on the repairs and in a very timely manner. They were very good at keeping me updated on the entire process. All their staff is very friendly and professional.
It was an great experience because I arrived early for my appointment, an not only did they take my car in right away they also finished with the oil change in less than an hour. Also another dealer wanted to book my appointment Jan. 21, but Orange Buick got me in right away with same day appointment. Also they are very nice individuals whom work at this dealer.
Easily the best car-buying experience I've had. Robbie Baez was awesome and helped my girlfriend and I find a great car! Very professional, personable, and friendly! The services they offer, and provided us, are/were top notch, and the process of purchasing a car was smooth and actually kind of fun! If you're looking to buy a vehicle or to service your car, definitely check this place out!Update: Really excellent continued experience with this place! We came back for a service appointment and they accommodated us very well with our scheduling needs. Very thankful to be doing business with this dealership!
