Very easy to make an appointment. All employees are polite, pleasant and accommodating. I did not have to wait for my car to be taken. Most importantly, they are honest! Someone else had driven my car and the small digital screen was not working. Instead of doing a diagnostic and charging me for their time or telling me that something was wrong with the car, a gentleman showed me what had happened, how to fix it and there was no charge. I would recommend Orange Buick in a heartbeat! How refreshing.
