very easy to work with. only issue i had is it took forever

Friendly service staff and quick service

Good Service! We are very satisfied with the sales and service we receive Orange Buick/GMC in Orlando. We have been with them for many years and have two GMC vehicle's currently that were bought from them. They have a top notch group of Service Consultants with Bill Murdock and the others. They also offer a very pleasant, courteous vehicle drivers to take you home and bring you back later to their service garage when your vehicle is ready to go. Most recently, their courtesy vehicle driver, Will, made the long, almost 10 mile drive, late in the day, through very stormy, heavy rain & lightning, stop and go Friday afternoon traffic conditions to pick me up at home to take me back to garage to get my vehicle so we would have it for the weekend. It was well past his normal end of the work day before we got back to the dealership. Their sales staff has always been a low pressure very helpful group when we were buying vehicles. Over 40 years in the Orlando area we have bought more cars from this dealership than any other. They also have a great new building. They did a good job remodeling their old facility and it turned out very nice. L. H. McGrath
