experience was good and quick as usual ,but could use a little more enthusiasm on service side. not everyone seems friendly or talkative, but I give 4 stars because people I deal with are very good.

First of all, Blake Sanchez is the guy you guys need to look for. He was very professional, very intelligent, very calm, very thoughtful, and very helpful. I had a lot of trouble getting my genesis coupe 2015 due to financial situation. However, with Blake's help, I was able to get my car after a week of fighting for it. He was helping me from the work as well as outside of the work. He always responded to me right away and kept me posted if there's any update or if he finds a thing that could improve my chance of getting the car. While i was talking to him in person, unlike other dealer experiences, I felt relaxed and not pushed. He made my visit really comfortable and easy. All the document works were done in professional manner. He explained everything detailed but quick. I would def recommend Blake to anyone who wants an amazing experience in a dealership and again thank you so much Blake. It was a pleasure getting a car from you.
