Alexandria Martinez responded to my requests in a very prompt manner and was very helpful. Although I did not end up purchasing the auto here she still treated me as a valued customer. It was/is very much appreciated. I will be looking at Orange GMC and Alex when I look for my next vehicle.

I went in for an appointment for oil change and for them to look at my vehicles A.C (Bought from this location). They scheduled the appoint for 11:40. At 1:00 o'clock I went to check the status and they said they have not started yet and that the oil change was pushed back until they look at the ac. I have gotten many services done here and even though I was not happy, its life and things happen. I finally get done around 3:20.Not the best experience, but again this is life and there could be worse things than sitting in an air conditioned room with great amenities. They are excellent at providing comfort (lunch, coffee, water, tv, lounge chairs etc)My biggest complaint was with how they had so many handmade flyers demanding perfect survey scores. All around this dealership there is signage and literature telling customers they "Please: Grade only a "10" or "completely satisfied" any other grade is considered failing - an "F". So, please score a "10" or "completely satisfied".-and -"When filling out the survey, Please Remember: ANY ANSWER OTHER THAN COMPLETELY SATISFIED or a 10 Are Considered an F... A FAILING GRADE"What is the point of these surveys then? I will never EVER give a 10 if someone tells me I had to. I actually ONLY did this survey because I do NOT want to give a 10. I feel if you have to tell people and DEMAND in bold red letters what to do then you are be graded by a corporation that is out of touch and these surveys are a waste of money and pointless.
