I have to say that it was very pleasant visit to the dealership. Even with my kids with us it was a good day. Rob was very informative, patient, kind and helpful throughout the entire process. He was great at making sure we were leaving with a deal that we would be comfortable with. He even bought my kids a few snacks to keep them happy. And I have to give a shout out to Janet for putting up with our youngest daughter Jayden. They bonded like crazy glue. Thanks to Roger as well for negotiating the deal for us. Everyone in this dealership should get bonuses because they truly go out of their way to keep the customers happy.Much appreciation to you all and we thank you.
