My wife and I recently purchased a Buick Enclave at Orange Buick GMC. We were very lucky to meet Sales Consultants Roger Menn and Tim Cook. Tim slipped in for Roger when we returned on the day after our first visit when Roger was busy longer than expected with another customer. Tim was the same type of person and had all the attributes we had grown to appreciate in Roger. This team never skipped a beat and after talking with Tim for awhile and checking out the car again, we decided to purchase. This is by far the most easy time we have had dealing with a car buying in our 53 years of being married. I would go so far as calling it a pleasure. It was fun to be able to just talk and be light hearted with a salesman instead of making a confrontation like we've faced in the past. I've walked out of many car dealers in my life, but never for an instant felt like that with Tim or Roger. We pulled into Orange Buick GMC that first never expecting to meet the best and nicest two "car salesmen" in Florida (maybe the world). We found Orange Buick / GMC purely by accident during a Google search for GMC Terrains in Florida. Most of the entire Leasing process was done on line through a chat with Steve Ali and subsequent emails for information and pricing with Sales & Leasing consultant Roger Menn who we dealt with personally at the dealership for our leasing process. Even Steve Ali came to find my wife & I while at the dealership to introduce himself and meet us. Both answered all of our questions about features on any particular vehicle and the pricing breakdown for each one of interest. We live in Tampa some 80 miles each way from the dealership not a local business although I wish it were. Finally, the honesty and integrity of the sales staff I found very refreshing compared to some other dealership I have dealt with in the past. No hard pressure sales, no "What will it take you to put you in this vehicle today" statements. Even though Orange is quite a hike for us, we will absolute contact them first for our next vehicle as well. Our experience was excellent and we did not feel the usual "Oh my God, here we go on a new car battle". pressures experienced elsewhere in the past.

I had a great experience at Orange Buick GMC on Saturday. I decided I wanted to trade in my Jeep that day and wasnt going home until I did.
