Upon our last visit to service my 2004 Yukon, my husband, & I decided to take a quick look at some newer models. We were greeted by Tim Cook & told him that we'd consider a purchase 6-9 mths down the road. He was very polite, & a few wks later he followed up with some interesting finds.Tom Santiago's service, & care got us to consider purchasing our next truck at Orange Buick GMC, Tim Cooks professionalism, lack of pressure & easy manner convinced us this is where we would purchase.Even though it was way sooner than what we had planned, I left yesterday with a beautiful 2013 Yukon XL:)These two gentlemen are class acts. Its very rare to come across a dealership that is the full package, & one that can make the buying process relatively stress free.Kuddos!

We initially came on a Thursday evening and were set up with Tim, we test drove the car and liked what we saw. That Saturday we came back and test drove it again, felt comfortable with making the purchase and bought the car. Despite some miscommunication that left us waiting for far too long at the dealership, we appreciated Tim's professionalism as well as candidness. Orange Buick GMC easily had the best prices for the GMC Terrain that we could find.

I just purchased a 2013 Buick Encore form Orange Buick GMC. My sales consultant, Thomas Prioleau was great. When I test drove the vehicle, he knew how to work all of the "toys" -- pairing my cell phone, working the navigation system, accessing the radio and lots of other things. My new car is lots of fun to drive.:-)

My wife planned a great prank on me with the help of my mom and the staff at Orange Buick GMC. Tim Cook a sales and leasing consultant and Erin Liburd were great. He helped my wife pull off the prank. I went back and forth with Tim for about 2 weeks about a 2011 Buick Regal that was on the lot. I wanted the car the first day I laid eyes on it. Tim was very helpful with answering all my questions about the car, test driving the car and fixing minor problems on the car. On the day that I was going to the lot to make my final offer Tim Cook told me that the car had been sold earlier that day. My heart dropped and I was devastated. My wife and my mom seemed to be just as shocked as me. Nevertheless they were part of the prank. After about 20 minutes and me about to walk down West Colonial Drive steaming mad, Tim Cook came up to me and apologized about selling the car and as I was about to give him a real piece of my mind he pulled out the keys and said your car is over there. I screamed like a little girl and ran towards my car. I have never been pranked before and I must say my first time was awesome. Thank you Tim Cook and Orange Buick GMC.
