My wife and I just bought a new Buick, the fifth we have owned, from Orange Buick GMC in Orlando.The whole buying experience was excellent. Walter Harris helped us, with a lot of patience, to walk through the different options, models, trims, colors, and we decided what we wanted to get. He did his job at searching and finding our new car just as we had imagined it. Even though we had already been offered financing, they assumed the task to find better financing options for us, which they did, and the whole deal went through very nicely, Marc Anglin helping at their finance department, a lot of detailed information, given to us, about protection plans and insurance options. We had bought our last Buick from them, eight years ago Walter helped us, the reason to go back to them being that those guys are not pushy at all, they listen, they propose and they accept your decision. Everyone is friendly there, at their service department as well. We recommend this car dealer.

I purchased a 2013 GMC Terrain in October. Your first impression is of course walking into the dealership without getting bombarded by sales people. Had been at several different dealerships with no satisfaction. Needless to say Andre was the one. We were not pressured into anything. He took his time with us, about 3 hours. I cannot tell you how pleased we were with his professional service skills. The finance manager Marc was courteous also. No pressure into buying anxillary products for our vehicle. This customer had 100% satisfaction.

This was my first new vehicle purchase as I am a recent college grad. I had some trepidations about purchasing a new vehicle, but from my first encounter I knew if I was going to be purchasing a vehicle it would be through Orange Buick GMC. I inquired about a 2013 Sierra and was promptly followed up by an email from Tony Baldini. He was very cordial, extremely helpful, and never pressured me into feeling like I had to come in and buy a truck. I had quite a few questions and he was never hesitant to answer any of them. After weeks of communications, I finally stopped by the dealership when they were closed to take a look at a vehicle. Even though they were closed I was greeted by Roger Menn who asked if he could help me with anything. After not being able to locate a certain vehicle on the lot, he made it his priority to go out of his way to do so. It turned out that the vehicle was loaned out but Roger made sure when it was returned that I would be the first to be able to look at it. He was extremely helpful, cordial, and very respectful of the rate I had in mind. After going in to look at the vehicle we spent quite a bit of time negotiating and they wound up getting me an extremely good deal. Roger made us feel comfortable the entire time, answering all of our questions, and never once pressuring me to sign a deal I wasn't comfortable with. The finance guy although some what abrasive, got me a better rate than I had anticipated. We finally came to terms I was comfortable with and wound up purchasing the vehicle. I will have to say in this whole process Roger is your biggest advocate and will treat you as his client and not just another customer. I highly recommend if you are looking for a new vehicle, contact Roger Menn and he will take care of you!

I PURCHASED A 2008 CHEVY IMPALA FROM ORANGE BUICK GMC YESTERDAY, AND I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE ESPECIALLY WITH ME HAVING A VERY LATE APPT THE NIGHT BEFORE. ROGER MENN WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING AND VERY HELPFULL WITH THE PURCHASE OF MY CAR. HE SHOWED HONESTY AND RELIABILITY. IT WAS DEFINITELY A PLEASURE HAVING THIS SALES CONSULTANT. I was in desperate need of a car and went to Orange Buick GMC and loved my experience. I did not think I would qualify for a new car, but Joe Rossi was able to get it done for me. My sales consultant, Meron Demrew was just as amazing. She was knowledgeable and very helpful with everything to do with the car I had chosen. Everyone there treated me like I was a member of their family. I have never had such an awesome car buying experience as I did at Orange Buick GMC Orlando. I highly recommend them for anyone's car needs, they will not do you wrong. Besides, where can you go wrong when you are treated like family!
