When I first met sales consultant Roger Menn I told him about the research I'd done, what I was looking for and the terms needed. In short order he delivered me exactly what I wanted with no switch pitch, no haggling, just total professionalism and on my part, instant satisfaction.To say this was the best experience I've ever had obtaining a new ride would be an understatement! You can bet when it's time to shop again, my first contact will be with Orange Buick and Rog.Now let's see if their service department can top what I experienced with their sales department -- I'll let you know.

I purchased a Buick Encore at Orange Buick GMC. I traded my 2008 Saturn vue in and got top dollar for my trade in. Charles my sales agent was very helpful answering all my questions and wasn't pushy at all. I had been taking my Saturn vue for a little over a year to Orange Buick GMC for service on my car I am very pleased with the service I receive when going to their dealership to get my car serviced and now with the service I received when purchasing a car from them. There aren't enough stars to give them.
