This was my first new vehicle purchase as I am a recent college grad. I had some trepidations about purchasing a new vehicle, but from my first encounter I knew if I was going to be purchasing a vehicle it would be through Orange Buick GMC. I inquired about a 2013 Sierra and was promptly followed up by an email from Tony Baldini. He was very cordial, extremely helpful, and never pressured me into feeling like I had to come in and buy a truck. I had quite a few questions and he was never hesitant to answer any of them. After weeks of communications, I finally stopped by the dealership when they were closed to take a look at a vehicle. Even though they were closed I was greeted by Roger Menn who asked if he could help me with anything. After not being able to locate a certain vehicle on the lot, he made it his priority to go out of his way to do so. It turned out that the vehicle was loaned out but Roger made sure when it was returned that I would be the first to be able to look at it. He was extremely helpful, cordial, and very respectful of the rate I had in mind. After going in to look at the vehicle we spent quite a bit of time negotiating and they wound up getting me an extremely good deal. Roger made us feel comfortable the entire time, answering all of our questions, and never once pressuring me to sign a deal I wasn't comfortable with. The finance guy although some what abrasive, got me a better rate than I had anticipated. We finally came to terms I was comfortable with and wound up purchasing the vehicle. I will have to say in this whole process Roger is your biggest advocate and will treat you as his client and not just another customer.
