Great service on my Denali each year...Thank you

Our experience at Orange Buick GMC could not have been better. We bought our certified GMC Acadia Denali while traveling through Orlando to pick up a rescue dog. Everyone was very accommodating to our young son and our new furry companion, and made the entire process very easy. We truly appreciate good, honest customer service and would not hesitate to purchase from them again!

I am the proud owner of a beautiful 2014 Buick Encore. I first went into the dealership in November and was helped by Steve Williams. I wasn't ready to buy at the time, but Steve was so great with me, even knowing I wasn't ready to but the car at that moment. When I was ready to buy 5 months later, I called Steve. He remembered me immediately. Unfortunately Steve wasn't able to help me at that moment, so he referred me to Thomas Prioleau. This was by far the easiest experience I've ever had buying a car. I told Thomas exactly what I wanted, and we were outta there in an hour. (My last car purchase at Infiniti I was there over 6 hours.) I even brought my friends as support so I didn't get "taken" but I didn't need them. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. As a single woman, they helped me to feel comfortable at all times with the purchase. They didn't rush me or try to confuse me. I would definitely recommend Orange Buick GMC to anyone considering buying a new car. I couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out. :-)

I had a great experience at Orange Buick GMC. My consultant Jared was very helpful and assisted me in getting exactly what I wanted. During the wait we got free hot dogs! All the employees were very nice and welcoming during a very stressful time when purchasing a new vehicle. So far I have driven my new vehicle with no problems and am very glad with my decision.

We had THE best experience yesterday at Orange Buick GMC, when we bought our new 2014 GMC Terrain. Our sales consultant, ROD CONNOLE, was THE BEST!! He went above and beyond helping us and answering all of our questions. Sometimes it can be almost painful to go and look for a new or even a used vehicle but not at Orange Buick GMC. Rod was I would say, THE BEST car sales consultant or sales person that you could get. We changed our mind a couple times on color and he went and found us exactly what we wanted. We were treated wonderful. So if you are looking for a new vehicle, go to ORANGE BUICK GMC and ask for ROD CONNOLE. Tell him I sent you!!

After having so many issues with another local chain dealership, we decided we needed to go somewhere that we could trust and that we were not going to be taken advantage of; Orange Buick GMC was our first choice. My partner bought a car here in 2013 and we were so impressed with the friendly service, professionalism and honesty that we decided to look there again. I was not surprised by the amazing experience that we had with Oscar Soto, Andre Fredricks, Joe Rossi, and of course Sven. We purchased a GMC1500 pick-up and were sure to spread the good word all over town. We have finally found a dealership that we can trust, and we will continue to purchase and service our vehicles there for as long as we are in the Orlando area!
