After making the decision to purchase a Buik encore, my question was, where to go@f0 I don't regret the decision of choosing Orange Buik GMC Orlando. Of course I had tons of questions because I had never made such a big purchase. After all it was the first time I would buy a brand new vehicle. The staffs always made me feel comfortable. I honestly have never felt so attended to in other dealership. From the sales manger Joseph Rossi, to Albert, and all of the sales consultants made me feel welcome and were extremely attentive. There was not a single time I walked through that door and they didn't open it for me or offered me a beverage or a snack. Everyone in Orange Buik plays a part into making your experience great. Although I hear a weird noise inside my vehicle and me mirror sensor seems to be overactive I don't doubt that they will take care of it right away. Thank you Joseph Rossi for your professionalism and making my experience great!
I have been bringing my Yukon to the service center here since 2008 and I have always had a great experience and was treated very well!
Maybe it was the Christmas season, but the staff was great and I was able to trade in my car for a new lease with relative ease. Roger was a pleasure to work with and helped to get me out of there as efficiently as possible. The only reason it was not 5 stars was the length of time I had to wait to complete the paperwork, in today's world, it shouldn't take 4 hours to buy a car (it was faster to buy my house!)
Both Roger and Jason the sales manager made my purchasing of a Yukon absolutely great. I will be back if I ever need a GMC. Only other dealership that made me feel good about everything like CarMax.
The sales personnel are really knowlegeable. We have purchased two vehicles from Walter. The finance department was quick and easy. There service department is another story. Every time I took a vehicle in they could never duplicate the problem.
I've purchased two vehicles here. The sales experience is great, the staff are knowledgeable and the finance department doesn't waste your time. However the great experience ends when you cross the threshold to the service department. I really dislike that I have to ask to have my car washed and vacuumed, a regular service at my fiances dealership. Not to mention the level of service certainly doesn't match the value of the vehicle. If I bought a BMW or Mercedes I'd get luxury service. I bought a $60k truck. I expect $60k service. I'm at a point where one more poor service experience and I'm going to a new dealer to trade for better service.
