Had my yukon in there for service several times all experiences were very good, not much more they could do. Only reason for a 4 not a 5 is I don't give 5's too often

It takes a lot to give a car dealership 5 Star Review. I was reluctant to visit any car dealership because I dislike the process. Well, I was pleasantly surprised from the moment I arrived up to the day I drove away with my brand new SUV. The manager (Joe) the salesperson (Meron) and the finance guy (Jay) made the entire process, quick, fun and easy. I would highly recommend that you visit the team there before making your final decision on purchasing a new or per-owned vehicle. They offer friendly service and no games or wasting your time!

Roger Mann made our car buying experience wonderful! He was so knowledgeable and helpful and we actually enjoyed buying a car for the first time in 30 years! We drove 3 hours from Fort Myers and will do it again for our next car. Thank you Roger!

Bought my first truck here. Staff was great and did everything they could to get me the best price, they have a nice waiting room with leathers chairs and netflix and a "cafe" for cold cut sandwiches. All in all was a great experience. Thomas is sales is the man.

Our service advisor Dane was the absolute best, an 11 out of 10! I made plans for a 3 hour road trip and 2 hours before I had to leave I remembered I was due an oil change and service call. I was frantic about driving without servicing my car and called the dealership. Dane was able to get me in within an hour. When I arrived Dane explained there could be a wait which I completely understood, because after all I was a last minute walk in essentially. But after I spoke to Dane about my road trip plans and my time schedule, he worked double time to get my car taken care of as quickly as possible. I was able to get my car in and out and still make my appointment out of town. Thank you again Dane!!

You put Carl Black to shame. Great experience from start to finish.... And it didn't take a week to get to my vehicle and service it! Wow! This is how it should be. Thank you - I'll be back!
