Jake is phenomenal! He always makes the chore of vehicle maintenance/repair enjoyable. I drive across town, past dozens of other dealerships and mechanics, to have my car serviced with Jake and Orange Buick. And, if you're there around lunch time, they'll feed you a complimentary lunch from the cafe

Brought my Sierra in to have the radio swapped out after it gave out + handle the airbag recall issue. Was greeted by Robert whom turned out to be a kind, knowledgeable customer service rep. Not happy that my radio went out with under 30k miles on the truck but was very happy with the service provided at Orange Buick GMC.

We had an appointment for 9am we were there a little after 8am. We were told it would be about 3 hr. We got the truck back at about 1 in afternoon. It was about a letter that we had received to have it severed. We were waiting for it as we live 40 miles away. Why have appointments if you can't get them worked on in time allotted.

I'm usually worried about the service I will receive when taking my car in, but since I moved to Orlando area over a year ago, I started going to Orange Buick, and Thomas Santiago is my service guy. He's great-he's helpful, understanding, and is constantly doing his best to provide you with the best service experience. I couldn't ask for a better place to take my car, I have other options, but the customer service here is phenomenal, wouldn't go anywhere else!
