My 2015 Chevy Tahoe was having issues with rough idle so I took it to 2 other major dealers nearby me. Both noticed the problem but told me the truck was working as designed and I had to "put up with it". Well that's not gonna work for me - especially since I HAVE Chevy as well as extended warranty!! Also many others are having the same issue - simply google "2015 Tahoe Rough Idle".I was about to bring lawyers into the matter, but decided to give it a one last chance, and took my truck to 3rd dealership - Orange Buick Chevy in Colonial Drive.After short explanation they got a manager to come with me to a short drive and he immediately admitted and noticed my issue (unlike the others). From there on the service was absolutely top class (A+). It took the guys several days to figure out the problem, as nobody seemed to have a solution. During this time I received calls from the Orange Buick GMC at least once per day giving me updates until the problem was solved.No need to say I was skeptical when I heard the truck was fixed and I could pick it up. Well I've had it little over a week now and no issues. They truly fixed the problem and did it with world class customer service. From now on I will ONLY USE Orange Buick & GMC to maintain and repair my vehicle. Great JOB!!

I bought a Tacoma that originally had some registration hiccups with Roger Menn. In the first purchase, Roger provided such an enjoyable experience; I was pleased not only with the price of the purchase but most of all the ease of it. When the registration hiccups were not resolved, however, Roger not only took time out of his day to take care of it but brought it to the attention of the managers too. They were quick to act, gave me several options on how to handle the issue, and then had Tony searching wide and far for a Tacoma like the one originally bought, Tony not only found one that met all of my more selective standards but one that was even better. I walked out with a fantastic Tacoma, a smile on my face, and I would honestly come back again just for the people I dealt with. Roger, Jason, and Tony all made the entire experience worthwhile, and I will absolutely be purchasing my vehicles in the future from them.
Fantastic. Plain and simple. Orange Buick helped my wife and I pick out the perfect vehicle (An Encore) for the start of the new year. Despite us coming in late on New Years Eve, Steve and the rest of the Buick team stayed late to show us all of their vehicles, options, and features. Needless to say, we were very impressed. Steve knew everything about every Encore trim package we looked at, and I mean everything. Besides being informative, he was relentlessly friendly and continued to follow up with us after leasing the Encore to ensure we were aware of all of the features (which we're still learning) and the Buick dealership offerings such as car feature demonstrations with free car washes, (which we plan to attend). Their pricing was incredibly fair, they helped significantly with the closing of our current Hyundai lease, and despite moving up in vehicle size, class and features our pricing moving from a Hyundai Elantra to the Buick Encore was nearly the same. We're so happy with our decision to lease from Orange. Looking forward to enjoying our new car!
