I have to say that from the pleasant greeting when I drove into being kept up to date on the service to my car to thecompletion of the service, everyone I came in contact withhad a smile and would always say hello.Their customer service is five star and the cleanliness of thewaiting area and check in is five star. The condition of the carwhen returned was also five star.

Very Professional, price was good. Sales Rep was great, patient and very informed of all aspects of our Buick Enclave. Drove in without an appointment after talking to Nancy in the Service department via telephone and explaining to her I was in from out of town and I couldn't get my Saturn convertible top to work. She hooked me up with Tom S. and Mike R. who worked and worked to get my convertible top working again. The outcome didn't look favorable there for a while but eventually they were able to fix it and I got my convertible top back! Thanks, Orange Buick!
