Drove in without an appointment after talking to Nancy in the Service department via telephone and explaining to her I was in from out of town and I couldn't get my Saturn convertible top to work. She hooked me up with Tom S. and Mike R. who worked and worked to get my convertible top working again. The outcome didn't look favorable there for a while but eventually they were able to fix it and I got my convertible top back! Thanks, Orange Buick!
