Service was done in a timely manner car wash was unacceptable didn't dry car after wash left dirtier than when I came it would've been better not to wash car
I callled the service department about a fuel gauge problem. They gave me a quote and an appointment. They also offered to drive me back home while my car was being repaired. Fortunately, my wife was able to assist me with a ride. I initially met with Tom Santiago who took great care of me. Although I was there for a fuel gauge problem, I just so happened to mention that my wife's electronic key wasn't working. Without hesitation, Tom quickly resolved this issue. Needless to say, my wife was very happy. Tom was very friendly and professinal throughout this process.
I was just going to look for a new car - I hadn't planned to buy that day.Everyone was so nice and I did like the Regal I saw.I drove my new Regal out that evening. I am very happy with it.It drives very nicely and everyone was very helpful.
