My wife dropped off the vehicle around 9AM for an oil change and inspection to ensure it was in order and needed to have the vehicle back by 2:30PM to be home by 3PM to receive the kids from elementary school. Per her report, no one communicated with her all day and, when she reached out to our service provider at Orange Buick GMC, they were quite casual about her concerns and, according to her, the service person was a bit "short" with her in responding to her inquiries.My first experience with the service department here was quite positive, however, my wife's experience was pretty poor. No communication in a situation wherein a mother needs to get home at a certain time for her children is a bad look. Sounds like Orange Buick GMC service staff would benefit from some training regarding how advantageous strong and clear communication is during a service period.

After having Orange Buick GMC put 4 brand new tires put on my 2007 Buick LaCrosse, the tire icon appeared on the dashboard display and the pressure value for the left front tire was showing dashes. I took the car back to the dealership and the techs did the "relearn" procedure for the tire pressure sensors at no cost. This work was done very quickly and I was on my way 45 minutes after I arrived.
Customer service was good, some of the service tech look grumpy. Took 2 hours to take a nail out of my tire, however the coffee was great, lobby is relaxing and the option to watch television (netflix) was good while I waited.
