I made an appointment the week prior and had minimal wait time for my oil change. From arrival to leaving the dealership it was about 20-25 minutes. The staff is very friendly and hands-on (though I would've liked the girls in the garage check-in to have responded a little quicker rather than keep typing while I'm standing there with no acknowledgement). The dealership provides a variety of drinks and snack while you wait, multiple TVs and waiting areas, and even a quiet executive lounge where there are small desks for you to work. Thank you!
