I searched online and found the SUV I wanted, I came in to dealership and was helped by Jacob Redler, no hassle, no pressure, he was very informed and answered all my questions. What a nice young man! I will recommend Orange Buick to anyone that is shopping for a car. Also, Santiago helped me with all the paperwork, he was so nice. I brought my car to Orange Buick GMC after a failed repair at another Buick GMC dealership. Justin got my car in quickly, assessed the issue, and made right on another dealers mistake. The shop foreman even assisted in making sure the repair was accurate and the diagnosis was correct. You can often see the organization leadership around the dealership and service center. I was treated with respect and Justin and the Orange Buick GMC team were honest in their handling of my repair. I've never felt used, abused, or over charged by Orange Buick GMC and I'll definitely be back soon. If you need your GM car repaired get your certified service done here and ask for Justin!
