OnStar reported emissions control problem. Called for appointment, a nice lady said try fiddling first with gas cap, major source of alert. Didn't work, and made appointment to come in for diagnostic. I arrived early, had a nice lounge with magazines and tv. Replace a valve sensor and I was on my way. Fast and efficient.

My service manager Ian was very thorough explaining what needed to be repaired and replaced on my wife's Enclave. He took me back to the work bay while the car was on the lift and he and the mechanic showed me exactly what had happened to the car and what parts needed replacing, then showed me the broken parts after removing them. I have great faith in the service and honesty of the service department.

Found the SUV we were searching for online at this dealership. Emailed about it. Within minutes, Jake Redler responded and was able to give us an honest estimate on the financing. Made the two hour trip down to sign and drive. Absolutely no hassles. Excellent service! Thanks Jake, we love our new ride. We will definitely be back!
