Exceptional Customer service and support. I purchased my GMC from another dealer. However, I called Orange Buick GMC with questions, and needed guidance. The professionalism, expertise, and Red Carpet customer service and support I recieved from Maya and Tony is something all dealerships should emulate! The professionalism is the reason I will purchase my next GMC from this dealership and reccomend anyone who is looking for a vehicle go to this dealership first.

After spending about a month at different dealerships, my overall experience here exceeded expectations! My my salesperson (Jay), who was extremely knowledgeable/efficient, made the entire process comfortable. We got to a reasonable number without the traditional negotiating which made the whole experience easy. I strongly recommend this dealership and will likely use again in the future.

We were quite fortunate to have Marissa as our salesperson! We were there on the last night to get the end of year sale. She is not only extremely knowledgeable but also enthusiastic & engaging with a grand ability to maintain focus while injecting humor! I'm rather certain her smile is permanent! It's clear she has a deep desire to please the customer and succeed in her goals as a salesperson. She has a wonderful future ahead of her & Orange Buick GMC is very lucky to have her!👍😊

Marisa was 100% a five star rep. Very personal and nice.The car was also 5 stars, I got a great vehicle for a great price.The reason for the 4 stars is that I was told the car would be detailed to perfection (of course not with stuff that can't be undone) once the purchase was complete. But unfortunately the car was not throughly washed like I wanted it to be. There was still dust residue all on the outside of the car that I had to later wash. If I'm shelling out thousands of dollars to your company I expect my vehicle to be spotless when I leave the lotSo not a huge deal but if I'm giving 5 stars it has to be excellence all around.All in I was happy with my experience and would definitely recommend this company.

I just bought a 2020 Sierra SLT. I'm very happy with the truck itself. It's more than I even wanted. Additionally, this was the best car-buying experience I've ever had. Robbie was my salesperson and he was really great! The car buying experience was pretty quick, which has not been the case in the past when I've purchased vehicles. There was no pressure felt on my part. Robbie was able to answer any and all of my questions/concerns; he was kind, friendly, and patient. Compared to everywhere else I was looking in both Tampa and Orlando, I feel like I got a really great deal! I feel good about my trade-in as well. I honestly have no complaints. It was a no-hassle, painless, pleasant experience. I'll be back in the future! This dealership/staff knows how to treat you and is considerate of your time. The dealership, the vehicle, and Robbie especially get 10 out of 10 from me!
