Marisa was 100% a five star rep. Very personal and nice.The car was also 5 stars, I got a great vehicle for a great price.The reason for the 4 stars is that I was told the car would be detailed to perfection (of course not with stuff that can't be undone) once the purchase was complete. But unfortunately the car was not throughly washed like I wanted it to be. There was still dust residue all on the outside of the car that I had to later wash. If I'm shelling out thousands of dollars to your company I expect my vehicle to be spotless when I leave the lotSo not a huge deal but if I'm giving 5 stars it has to be excellence all around.All in I was happy with my experience and would definitely recommend this company.
