My wife and I both agree that our auto buying experience was great at Orange Buick GMC Orlando. We attribute the great experience to our sale agent Erin Liburd. Erin was very professional from the time we met him up until we closed on our Certified Yukon XL.Both my wife and I were impressed the the over-all knowledge Erin had concerning the vehicles we looked at and specifically the auto we purchased. Erin went out of his way in working with the management to help us obtain our vehicle within the price range my wife and I had set. The vehicle was just what we were looking for and we got a great deal on it.I would highly recommend Orange Buick GMC Orland and specifically Erin to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Work done under warranty was very good. Communication leading up to that was not. Over all it got done and that's what mattered most.

My experience at Orange Buick GMC Orlando was excellent. The courtesy and customer service was outstanding. Every question and concern that I had was answered and handled. The salesman that I had, Mr. Erin Liburd was so helpful. He got me in the car that I wanted. He was upfront and honest as well as very well mannered. I am so happy that I went to Orange Buick and I will definitely refer friends, family,and associates.

Had a very pleasant experience at Orange Buick GMC the other day. A day prior to my visit, I had received a call from them expressing their possible interest in my car for their used car inventory. I was not really in market for new car since i only had 1 year left on current car loan, but figured i'd stop by to take a look. I was met quickly by Roger Menn from Sales. He was very organized and informative, with an awesome personality. Showed me different cars, explained my options, and trade in process, etc. etc... I was impressed that he was not pushy and seemed genuinely interested in finding the right car for me, even though I gave no guarantee I would even buy. I asked a ton of questions and he never once made me feel like I was wasting his time (& I took up a LOT of it). He seemed to understand my circumstances and concerns, and helped me feel confident in my decisions, without the pressure. A rarity in my opinion.Also had great time dealing with the Finance Manager, Marc Anglin.. Another one with a great personality and a wealth of knowledge.As an additional note: I usually buy a new car every 4-5 years. Decided this time to lease it, but only after Roger (& then again by Marc) fully explained the process and advantages for someone like me (as no other dealer had bothered to do in past). I had never really understand how that method would be more of a benefit for me.I was there for quite some time (6+ hours), my own fault because I tend to over-think everything and never come to decisions in timely fashion, but both of them were very patient and continuously upbeat and helpful the entire time. Loved it!!And so, consequently, I walked out same day with a fancy new 2014 Buick Encore. Happy Day!!**They were both (Roger & Marc) also still extremely helpful in the days that followed when I needed to return for some finishing touches and to answer more of my endless stream of questions... I continue to feel like a valued customer, and not just another sale... Very glad I stopped in...

I've received excellent customer service from all staff members at Orange Buick GMC from my first visit to the dealership. In particular, Meren Demrew and Joseph Rossi gave me outstanding guidance and accommodation throughout the sales process. Post sale, I continue to receive excellent care from every department. This has been the best new car experience that I've ever had.

How nice it was to make our second purchase in a row from Orange Buick/GMC on Memorial Day. Our sales professional Jarrod Henderson was very helpful along with Roger Menn. We were able to get the vehicle we wanted without delay and are very pleased with our purchase.
