Orange Buick GMC Review By s devine

Had a very pleasant experience at Orange Buick GMC the other day. A day prior to my visit, I had received a call from them expressing their possible interest in my car for their used car inventory. I was not really in market for new car since i only had 1 year left on current car loan, but figured i'd stop by to take a look. I was met quickly by Roger Menn from Sales. He was very organized and informative, with an awesome personality. Showed me different cars, explained my options, and trade in process, etc. etc... I was impressed that he was not pushy and seemed genuinely interested in finding the right car for me, even though I gave no guarantee I would even buy. I asked a ton of questions and he never once made me feel like I was wasting his time (& I took up a LOT of it). He seemed to understand my circumstances and concerns, and helped me feel confident in my decisions, without the pressure. A rarity in my opinion.Also had great time dealing with the Finance Manager, Marc Anglin.. Another one with a great personality and a wealth of knowledge.As an additional note: I usually buy a new car every 4-5 years. Decided this time to lease it, but only after Roger (& then again by Marc) fully explained the process and advantages for someone like me (as no other dealer had bothered to do in past). I had never really understand how that method would be more of a benefit for me.I was there for quite some time (6+ hours), my own fault because I tend to over-think everything and never come to decisions in timely fashion, but both of them were very patient and continuously upbeat and helpful the entire time. Loved it!!And so, consequently, I walked out same day with a fancy new 2014 Buick Encore. Happy Day!!**They were both (Roger & Marc) also still extremely helpful in the days that followed when I needed to return for some finishing touches and to answer more of my endless stream of questions... I continue to feel like a valued customer, and not just another sale... Very glad I stopped in...
