Look. I spent 5 weeks looking for one specific type of used car in Atlanta, Georgia. I'm in real estate sales, and know how it is to juggle lookers and prospects vs serious people. I was a serious buyer, as I don't have time to just "look and look" for cars. I expanded my search to include 500 miles, and noticed my desired car on their website. What prompted me to call is that the photos pointed out some minor flaws of the car. I appreciate honesty, and it does save time if you can see flaws in a picture up front. Africa Garcia (Guest Relations) answered my call, and I could not believe the quality of service she gave compared to some in-person experiences that I received at some dealerships in Atlanta! I told her I wanted to know some specifics about the car, and if answered, I would fly down and look at it the next day. She said that if I did not hear back within 30 minutes to call her back again. She called me and placed me with Andre Fredrick--who was professional, personable, and honest. It was 30 minutes before closing when I first called, but Andre called back ON HIS WAY HOME and systematically answered my questions honestly and quickly. He did not try to "sell" me. He said I had the right guy for my situation, and he could not have been more correct! I told him I planned to fly down the next day if the car's condition sounded worthy of doing so. I asked a couple of more questions, and though he was on his way home for the night, he TURNED AROUND, went back to the dealership, and actually DROVE THE CAR WHILE ON THE PHONE, answering a specific question that required him to do this. How many salesmen do you know who would do that--and AFTER closing time?!! As he walked back into the dealership, he determined the vehicle would be transferred to another dealer the next day, and said he got all the keys, so I could fly down confidently knowing the car would be there. Happy with the experience, I told him I would book my flight. Next day, I flew down with a return flight booked just in case I did not purchase, and was greeted by Andre Fredrick, who again calmly presented the amazing car (already pulled out and ready for my arrival--cleaned and everything)! He never rushed me. I had been up since 3:30am, as my flight was at 6am, and he slowly guided me through the process...in a different state...in a city I did not know...I keep cars, and have not purchased another since 2009, so his direction was invaluable to me. I appreciated it very much. I was paying cash, so the processing with the finance department (kudos to Santiago) was quick and professional as well. Even during that part of the transaction, Orange GMC handled my OUT of STATE titling & everything else for me. Never felt pushed to do anything. At the end, Andre made sure everything was great with the car, and in the end, sent me off to Atlanta one happy (but tired) buyer! I'm really loving my car and the purchase experience with Orange GMC. Worth the trip, and a pleasure to do business with these guys. Would purchase other vehicles from them (particularly Andre), and will recommend them to my friends because I was treated as a friend (unexpected). Totally satisfied with the car, but more satisfied with the experience to write this review of Andre and all the fine people at Orange GMC. Just wish they were in Atlanta, but they know how to handle outsiders very well! Bravo, Orange GMC! And kudos to Andre, Africa, and Santiago for another success story.
Overall a great experience. Everyone was friendly and our sales associate Melissa was wonderful. Prices were fair and we never felt pressured. I recommend Orange for your GMC needs.

I found my way to Orange Buick Service Department- a traveler in need of auto repair, I was in Florida from Maryland to drive a friends car back to Maryland alone. During my visit the car would start fine one day, the next it barely started. I made a decision to have it looked at just hours before my trip. Tom Santiago was my service adviser , he sensed my nervousness and immediately took control, advising me to relax and everything would be fine. I cant THANK him enough and the service mechanics at that dealership for not only taking care of the problem, but giving me the Peace Of Mind- this car I did not know, was safe for the long trip ahead. I would go back here for all of my car issues if lived near this dealership. The Customer Service is Great... Thanks Again Everyone.
