I showed up a rainy afternoon about 4:30pm. My engine had shut off 2x after I had picked up my child from school and I was concerned for our safety. I was well received and a service rep helped me almost immediately. Because it was already late, they would not be able to check my car until the morning, however, he was able to get me and my child (with all of our things) into a loaner (the same care I currently drive). While we waited to get into the loaner, my child played on the kids table and with some toys they have set up in the waiting area. The following morning I received a call that they had found the problem and it was covered under warranty. The car was ready that afternoon! Best experience I've ever had!
