While looking to replace my wife's PT Cruiser, I came across the Buick Encore. It was crazily fuel efficient for an SUV and decided to test drive it. I was met by Erin Liburd immediately upon arrival to the dealership and he was very helpful in answering the questions I had as well as showing me the vehicle I wanted. I was not pressured as I had been at the other dealerships I went to (Mitsubishi and Jeep) and felt as though I would not be given false information to make a sell. I ended up getting two 2014 Encores for both my wife and I and was educated well on the leasing process as well as buying. They went out of their way to see to it that I was comfortable and pleased with our new vehicles. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a good car buying experience be it new or used.
