Everybody we came in contact with during our transaction at Orange Buick GMC was nice and very professional. We knew exactly the vehicle that we wanted so we had no need to chose at the dealership. Tom Prioleau, our sales person, was very pleasant and easy to work with since he did not pressure us in any way. We had some minor issues with Sven Reiter, the Finance Manager, but they were resolved to our satisfaction. The final purchase price of the vehicle was within the range we expected and everything was handled properly and to our satisfaction as far as we can tell. We believe we were treated fairly and with honesty. We love our red GMC Terrain Denali.
