I recently purchased my new Buick Lacrosse from Orange Buick GMC in Orlando and had the best experience! Walter Harris helped me every step of the way and made trading in my vehicle extremely easy. I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of and each member of the staff helped me as much as they could. I will definitely be using Orange Buick GMC in Orlando from hereon!-UPDATE-I realized the battery of my Buick Lacrosse died when I was getting ready to go to work on Monday May 5, 2014. Luckily, I was still covered under Buick's Certified Roadside Assistance Program and they assisted me wonderfully over the phone to get a tow truck driver out to my residence and bring my car to Orange Buick GMC. Before the tow truck driver arrived I called Orange GMC and spoke with Service Advisor, Robert Cicero. I was amazed at how courteous, understanding, and helpful he was in my unfortunate situation. He not only made me feel at ease but assured me that he would look into the issue when the car arrived at the shop and told me that it would not be necessary for me to go with the tow truck driver and wait at the dealership. Needless to say, Robert was prompt in calling me every step of the way (when the car arrived at the dealership, while he was working on my car, and when it was complete). Dealing with untrustworthy dealerships in the past, Robert at Orange Buick was even honest enough to tell me that my battery is still covered under warranty and there would be no charge to me. He even assisted me when picking up my vehicle by providing the paperwork and keys to the reception desk since I told him I would not make it to the dealership until after the service department closed. I am extremely satisfied with Orange Buick and commend Robert for his expertise, professionalism, and trustworthiness. Thanks again.
