Wow could not ask for better customer service!! I will 1000% be bringing my car back here. Bill Murrick you are awesome! As wells as Tina (Christine)! I called about 10am on Wednesday and explained my situation to Bill... He said at the time they had no loaner cars available but would call me back ASAP because he was going to try to get me one or work with enterprise to help me with a rental. About 30 mins later he called back to let me know he saved me a loaner car and I could bring my car any time. I brought my car there about 12:30 on Wednesday, and by 10:30 Thursday I had a call that my car was done! I had bought my car about 35 days prior to bringing it to Orange Buick GMC... I bought it from Starling GMC in Deland(do not go here.. terrible customer service and they will apparently sell you something that they know has issues!) I brought my car to Orange Buick GMC because 33 days after purchase (2016 Buick Encore 13,500 Miles) my A/C went out in my car. Bill advised that it looked like someone had previously been messing and trying to fix the A/C (obviously it was the dealership I bought it from because they are supposed to due the 100 point inspections and they sold me something that they knew had issues!) Thank goodness for my warranty or I would have been spending $1000+ on a car I just bought because of the sketchy Starling! With Bill and Tina, my experience was nothing shy of amazing. I would recommend going here to get your car fixed! Everyone was so nice and responsive something you wouldn't find at Starling. If I have any other issues in the future, I will be returning here. Thank you for a great and easy experience!
