I came from out of town to take advantage of a good Internet price. I thought for sure there was going to be an unpleasant surprise of some kind when I arrived. I thought maybe the value of my trade-in would suddenly be much lower than they promised. None of that happened. The experience was great. Got exactly what I expected in terms of a deal. Friendly, knowledge people. Good experience.
