My husband is a die hard fan of imports with full warranty.Last Oct I talked him into us making some much needed financial adjustments,& I took it upon myself to go buy a solid, but older Denali XL from a private buyer & turned my Mercedes in.I love my "beast" as I call it but my hubby was NOT a fan, needless to say when it ended needing serious service a month in, the man was ready to scrap it.Not to mention....the "I told you" arguments:(I had as an after though picked up a warranty through my credit union when I made the purchase(THANK GOD), & after calling them they directed me to this GMC Service location. I was preparing for the "jump through loops" game, & the run arounds, as well as for the $$$$ of the repair.I called GMC & was immediately put through to Tom Santiago.....the rest is history.Not once did I have to call my warranty, not once did I have a hassle. He handled everything,kept me up to date & even provided a direct number in the event I needed it.Well flash forward a yr later, and my "Beast" needed work again. Again, all it took was one call to Tom & everything was handled. Tow truck took her to him, & he did EVERYTHING...from talking to my insurer, to handing her back to me. The cost has always been the absolute minimal to us on repairs that have exceded 4k in each case, thankfully the warranty has covered 90% Had it not been for Tom & his diligence,as well as insistence in that these were imperative repairs.....Im sure the policy issuer would have found a way out.Needless to say Im a fan of these guys, & the service they have provided. Tom is an asset to this company, and one of the main reasons I will buy another GMC when Im ready to turn my beast in:) Honest,caring & thorough.Thank you Mr.Santiago! Happy Holidays:)
