Orange Buick GMC Review By Bill Patti

I have been a long time customer of Orange Buick. Bought my first Buick there in 1997.My Father was a long time customer before that. Since Sonny King was bought out, things have changed, and not for the better. The new staff are less friendly and less focused on the customer. They sit at their desks scrolling their cell phones and texting. I know change is inevitable, but do you folks have any rules? Next, let me say that Bill Murdock, Jake and Robert are terrific employees. They are the reason I drive in from Lake County to have my car serviced. They are warm, friendly and willing to always help. I TRUST them. I noticed the dealership has lost most older customers. And the service bays were more empty for a Friday morning...a usually busy time. I know the younger generation is taking over, but, the new Orange Buick needs to remember it's roots. As I said to Jake once, "I can buy a Buick anywhere, but I come to Orange Buick because of the people". Those people are disappearing rapidly. Bill, Jake & Robert will soon quit or retire. I am seriously considering buying a new car(2)here in Leesburg. Much closer and friendlier. Just wanted you to know. BTW, Bill Murdock is the person I now call and setup my appointment. He is first rate and always takes care of me well. He is an excellent rep. Thanks for the opportunity to unload. And please bring back the old coffee machine. Nobody can figure the new one out!
