Have been shopping for new dealership and was thinking about going to Orange GMC but it looks like 99% of all there complaints are with the service department, and there are a lot of them. I'm not sure I want to deal with a location that can't get there act together servicing the vehicle no matter how good a deal one would get on the purchase of the vehicle. Was by there the other day but not sure I will go back.
Dealership seems well run. Courteous people. Competent mechanics. Honest.

Considering that there is nothing more frustrating than buying the right car with the right protection within 2 days of your main car dying, coming here and knowing about there competitive prices are one thing, but Cassandra made our day as hassle free as she could. We showed up around 3pm to check out there preown cars because we were afraid of the decrease of value on a new car, but having bumper to bumper coverage is essential. I'd rather have monthly payments knowing I have a car that is covered. We left the dealership to go compare cars next door at chevy, but hey we're rude and snobbish. We went back to GMC to re-evaluate the prices and ended up walking out of there with a 2019 Buick Encore with a 10 year, bumper to bumper coverage for both the interior protection on the fabric, to the paint, and everything under the hood; no exceptions.Best part, it was the same cost as a pre owned 2017 GMC ACADIA without the coverage and taxes included. Totally worth it.Finally, they closed at 6pm and we were there from 5pm to 9pm and left without the anxiety of a new car. They didn't rush us one bit either!I recommend Casey to be your sales rep.
